Pumping iron and getting buff, that’s what the boys are up to in Weightlifting Club. Club time is an opportunity for them to hang out and do what these boys do best: Workout! Several of them even have their own workout plans. For instance, Dan has set up his own rotation. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays he works on his upper body and then on Tuesdays and Thursdays, he works on his legs. Dan told me, during our interview, that he feels this plan will get him in shape for the upcoming football season that he is very excited about!
